Swimming off the boats is not permitted, but we can give you some great recommendations for great swimming spots for before or after your cruise!
Cruises are non-smoking.
Pets are not permitted on board.

You are able to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 9 days before your cruise for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 2 and 9 days before your cruise will result in a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the cruise.

Weather decisions are made by our experienced captains who have sailed on Lake Champlain for many years. Safety is our number one priority. We will cancel in the event of unsafe sailing conditions such as excessive wind or nearby thunderstorms. We also will cancel if we feel rain or choppy lake conditions will make for an uncomfortable sail.
In the event of a weather cancellation, you will receive a full refund or can move your reservation to another day.

All guests will be required to sign a release of liability waiver prior to boarding. This can be reviewed ahead of your cruise here, but no need to sign until you arrive at the dock. A refund will not be provided if you decline to sign the waiver prior to boarding.

No kids under 5 permitted on public daytime cruises.
No kids under 13 permitted on public sunset cruises.
Kids of any age are welcome on private cruises.
Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life vest per Coast Guard regulations.

BYO food and drinks (alcoholic or otherwise). We have an ice box, cutlery, glassware, etc. on board for you to enjoy your picnic.
